Nina Gass
Writer, editor, and ghost author is a globally-minded creative who is determined to cover every possible content category as part of being a devout student of the Information Age.
Profile
An avid believer in the power of the written and spoken word, Nina has been dedicating her life to the accumulation of knowledge, cerebral research, trivia, pop culture and everything in between by working with clients all over the world - from Australia and Singapore to the UK and the U.S. Her experience includes a comprehensive accumulation of writing styles and disciplines, including academic, business, marketing, and consumer- driven material for such companies as Academic Knowledge, Orbitz, Wal-Mart, Idea Launch and KMGi to name drop just a little.
She has ghost-authored two books on sales techniques and enhanced life practices as well as assisted clients with sharpening their writing style by gingerly walking them through the editing and proofreading process. Adept at adopting her writing style to fit the "voice" of clients, she enjoys working one- on-one with others in a collaborative fashion to raise the bar on creativity, new ideas, and writing excellence.
After years of being held captive in a public relations, marketing, and strategic communications agency where she acquired valuable skills about global business, culture and diversity, and how to navigate the choppy waters of corporate life, Nina escaped into the new and exciting world of freelance writing and editing. For the past seven years, she has enjoyed the virtual cubicle-free life that new technology offers and has expanded her writing tool kit to include social media marketing, SEO, and online writing techniques. In describing her academic credentials, Nina studied Literature and History at Oxford University in Oxford, England, which made getting a B.A. Degree in English Literature from California State University, Northridge and a MBA seem like a walk in the park.
